Galliard Homes builds new City Point development in Chesire Street

The Coppermill used to be a 1960s brick building and an important part of the rag trade (they were appointed manufacturers of industrial clean cloths for the Queen). A couple of weeks ago it was demolished and is now the building site for City Point a new developement by Galliard Homes.

With the housing market cooling off it'll be interesting to see how much these properties go for.
