Cashless in Bethnal Green

I was interested to see that one of our local newsagents had signed up to the new cashless card system Barclays OnePulse. Apparently, over 229 shops have signed up, plus another 214 newsagents. I'd be interested in what the commerical terms were, as I can't imagine newsagents would be jumping to get this technology.

From a consumer's point of view the cards include an integrated Oyster card as well as a standard Visa credit card. There's a separate balance for your Oyster and cashless OnePulse account.

Customers will be able to pay for items under £10 by simply tapping their cards on a reader at the till.
